This was yesterday’s quick tea – hoisin pork wraps
Here’s how I made it…
You’ll need:
- Left-over pork from Sunday roast
- Sweetcorn (minicorn chopped up)
- 1 sweet pepper (sliced)
- Pack of tortilla wraps
- Hoisin sauce
- Grated Cheese
Chop up the pork into small strips. Fry in a sauce pan with the sweetcorn and sweet pepper for 5 mins.
Throw in some hoisin sauce and serve with grated cheese filled wraps
